NGVT pre-treatment and cleaning products are designed around the latest environmentally friendly water based solutions. Having gone a notch higher, we have installed a wide range of seven tank dip systems which operates on an upgraded system that is superior from the conventional method Washing & cleaning of components before painting (Liquid & Powder) play important role for better quality & finishing. Metal components require phosphate layer for good adhesion in between metal surface & paint.

Chemical or ultrasonic washing / cleaning can be used to remove dust, dirt, grease, oil etc from the components. Basically dip type & spray type cleaning process are used. However, some time combination of both dip & spray also used.
